RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns will be accepted when;
- Items are returned within 14 days of you receiving your items
- Items are in their original condition i.e. unworn, unwashed with all the labels still attached.
Due to obvious hygiene reasons. We do not accept any returns for our Kenny Parker face masks.
Change of mind
Kenny Parker will gladly exchange your item as long it is within 14 days of you receiving your item, the items are in their original condition, unworn, unwashed and labels still attached. You will be responsible for all associated postage costs. You will need to include a self-addressed postage paid bag when returning your change of mind item to us. It is your responsibility to ensure your returned item reaches our warehouse so please use a trackable service to ensure your return arrives to us safely.
Faulty Items
If your item is faulty please return to us within 60 days of purchase. Once your item is deemed faulty and unrepairable by our team, we will provide you a full refund and reimburse the delivery costs.

We do not offer returns or refunds on sale items.
Refunds
All returns will be processed within 48 hours of receiving them at our warehouse Monday to Friday. If your item is deemed faulty by our team, a refund will be issued along with your delivery costs. Your account will be credited via your original method of payment.
Please note: Your bank issuer may take some time to release the funds to you. Please allow up to 7 business days. If you have not received your refund within this time, please email us at kenny@kennyparker.com

Include your order number, name, address & details of your return - Change of mind exchanges; please don’t forget to include a self-addressed postage paid bag, for your new item to be posted to you.
